ABOUT SYMPOSIUM

Seize this opportunity to lead the charge, learn from experts in each field, and foster new cross-professional relationships that help you and your organization succeed in creating a culture of health and well being.

On November 13, 2015, CU Denver | Anschutz will host a one-day symposium on the CU Denver campus in downtown Denver that will revolutionize collaborations and knowledge-sharing on the impact of the built environment on health and well-being. Thought leaders from public health, architecture and planning, development, economics, business, and public sector will come together to share their insights and innovations in creating healthy spaces, places, programs and policies. One cannot succeed without another and the fields of architecture, planning, and public health are converging.

CU Denver | Anschutz is a leader in improving the health, well-being and quality of life for people in Colorado and globally. Working with our partners and affiliates, we identify, study and innovate strategies that holistically address the health of the people and places we serve.

This is a good example of a University coming together with its many disciplines to address issues of first principle and benefit to many.
